What is Escrow?
Escrow is a system where a third party (the marketplace) holds the funds until both parties are satisfied:

How Does It Work?

Buyer places order
Funds move from buyer's wallet to escrow -
Vendor ships product
Vendor marks order as shipped -
Buyer receives and verifies
Buyer checks that everything is OK -
Buyer finalizes
Funds are released to vendor
Autofinalize
⏰ Orders are automatically finalized after 14 days!
If you don't act within 14 days, you are assumed to be satisfied and funds are automatically released to the vendor.
If There's a Problem
If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute:
- Package never arrived
- Wrong product was delivered
- Quality was poor
- Quantity was incorrect
A moderator will review the case and make a decision.
