How to handle order problems on Flugsvamp 4.0
When to Open a Dispute?
- 📦 Package hasn't arrived after expected delivery time + 7 days
- ❌ You received the wrong product
- ⚖️ Weight/quantity is significantly wrong
- 💔 Product is damaged or of very poor quality
- 🚫 Vendor doesn't respond to messages
Before Opening a Dispute
- Send a polite message to the vendor
- Explain the problem clearly
- Wait at least 48 hours for a response
- If no resolution, open a dispute
How to Open a Dispute
- Go to "Orders"
- Find the relevant order
- Click "Open Dispute"
- Describe the problem in detail
- Add evidence (photos if possible)
Dispute Process
1. Dispute Opened
Moderator assigned to the case (1-24 hours)
2. Evidence Collection
Both parties present their arguments and evidence
3. Review
Moderator reviews all information
4. Decision
Moderator makes final decision on refund
